Holy Joomla is based on the open source Content Management System (CMS) - Joomla! It is also the careful coordination of all Open Source GNU/GPL extensions that allows for much greater power and effectiveness than just the standard Joomla installation alone. What this means is that the average person can create and customize their own website without needing any programming or design experience. If you can read and write, and know how to work a drop down menu of choices you can create your own website with Holy Joomla.
Holy Joomla is completely customizable. Out of the box you can have a blog, forum, social network, store, and much more. If you want to do something beyond the standard installation, you can. It might take a little work but, just for starters, take a look at Joomla's extensions directory. Here you will find a massive compendium of almost 5,000 extensions that can be integrated with ease into your Joomla site. Most of these extensions are free! This is actually how I built this package. I combined and tweaked many open source extensions to give you a totally user built application to create your own websites. And with a little determination and imagination you can literally build any website you can imagine.
That's right, I did say determination. This isn't one of those systems boasting lofty promises of opening a box and out comes this magic money making machine that does everything for you and you get rich while you sleep. Holy Joomla is based upon giving many options to users with practically any level of computer or web design experience. You can have a site up in about an hour by following the tutorials (coming soon). But you can also mould and chisel your site into a unique and perfect expression of what you want to share with the world. Of course you could just throw up your site to have it there and then focus on the creative aspects of content.
